After an initial career in the nursing field, I went back to school for computer programming, which I am currently doing. I have been telecommuting for my job for about 10 months and really enjoy the freedom it brings. My company is in PA, where I lived for the last 25 years, but I moved from PA to NC last August to be near my son and his family. My company offered to let me keep my job and telecommute, which so far is working out well.

I retired in September 2016. I volunteer one day per week at the local cancer center to keep myself out of trouble!
