Jack passed away in 2006 of esophageal cancer.  He had lived in Torrance, Ca for many years and worked as a road supervisor for the L A county.  He had recently found and married the love of his life (no kids) and then he was diagnosed with the cancer.  He passed within 6 months of diagnosis.
